Your mission

As a teacher for grades F-3, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating teaching based on the curriculum. You adapt the teaching according to the students' needs, interests, and conditions. You follow up, assess, and document students' knowledge development. You are responsible for creating trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You are part of a team with teachers from grades 1-3, and to create the right conditions for the students, close collaboration with the school's leisure staff, other teachers, and, if necessary, the special education team is required. Mentorship is also included.

Your experience

For this position, you must have:

• a teaching license with authorization for grades F-3
• experience teaching in grades F-3
• knowledge of current governing documents
• the ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you also have:

• experience working with students who need extra adjustments and special support

You have the ability to adapt to changing conditions and handle both planned and unexpected situations calmly, safely, and professionally.
